As a Hiring Partner I collaborate with leadership to focus on talent attraction and talent strategy. We are a fast growing, pre-IPO SaaS company, and in order to accommodate this growth in talent, I focus on process improvement, creating a positive candidate experience, and organizational strategy. From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Executive Recruiter @ My overall responsibility at Govig and Associates is sourcing and recruiting top talent for a variety of roles within the greater Phoenix area. Positions include administrative roles through executive level, including very specialized searches outside of the Phoenix market.
Works to fully understand each of the companies that we partner with in order to provide unparalleled recruiting service and ensure a good long-term fit for both the company and candidate.
Provides recruitment support from the initial conversation to offer stage and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for each candidate that I work with.
Creates strong relationships within the Phoenix market to keep up-to-date with market information and trends.
Additionally serves as a member of Govig Tax, the division of Govig & Associates that concentrates on Staff through Executive Search in the International, Federal (Tax Compliance, Planning, Provisions, Research, Tax Financial Reporting, FAS109/ASC740, FIN48, Tax Controversy), State and Local and Partnerships arenas. From June 2011 to June 2015 (4 years 1 month) Vice President of Membership @ Organized formal recruitment for sororities at University of Arizona using database compilation software to construct matrixes of events
Participated in the recruitment process of University students to join Greek life, including many large-scale presentations and orientations for new members
