Laura Morgan Roberts has experience in the field of leadership development and organization. Dr. Morgan Roberts was educated at the University of Virginia where she earned her doctoral degree in leadership and change. She has been a faculty member at Messiah University since 2007. Since then, she has taught a course on AUTHIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, as well as developed and implemented research projects related to gender, race and leadership. Dr. Morgan Roberts has also worked as a research consultant for several organizations, including The Partnership, Inc. and RPAQ Solutions, Inc. Dr. Morgan Roberts has been a visiting instructor at the Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rev. Dr. Darryl Roberts, and her dogs, Ripple and Serenity.

Laura Morgan Roberts has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Michigan in Organizational Psychology. Roberts obtained her BA from the University of Virginia in 1992. Roberts has worked in a variety of settings as a psychology professor, research associate, and even a visiting scientist at universities throughout the United States. Her most recent position has been as an associate professor and research associate at the University of Utah.Roberts is currently working on a research project about how narcissists and psychopaths differ in their work readiness. The project is focused on all aspects of work readiness, including Self-care, cortisol levels, and stress management. Roberts' research experience and knowledge allow her to provide information on work readiness for individuals with a wide range of jobs and careers.
