Recommended a recruitment strategy for high volume positions. Monthly and Bi Monthly interview days were scheduled with hiring managers. Results achieved: positions filled quicker and offered hiring managers additional pool of candidates for future openings.

Aggressive cold calling to fill national positions for field inspectors in very hard to fill territories: EX: Southeastern KY, Southwestern IA, Western tip of VA, Northeastern NE, Northwestern MN, Northern tip of WI, Central OR and Southwestern NM.
Responsible for entire recruiting process: phone screen candidates, process new hire paperwork, schedule training calls and place new hires in zip code territories when training is completed.
Strong “out of the box” thinking to source and find candidates due to no recruiting dollar allotments for posting/sourcing. Candidates found and hired from the REO network, ASHI, Craig’s list and other free sourcing sites.
Developed excellent relationships with territory regional coordinators to assist with pricing negotiations, understand territory challenges and work together to hire the best talent for open territories.

Developed and implemented new medical assistant recruiting strategy to decrease “no show” interview rate from 40% to less than 10%. Strategy included new interview guides, proactive phone screenings, and more efficient paper flow process.
