• Managing a team of temporary workers to capture the back of packaging data and internal instructions, ensuring the data is correct and then working with a translation company to translate within appropriate timescales. • Secretarial duties to my superiors including; diary management, booking flights and accommodation, processing invoices, managing and reconciliation of currency given to colleagues, ordering stationary, logging team holidays. • Taking accurate meeting minutes at regular meetings. From May 2007 to August 2008 (1 year 4 months) Team Assistant for the BBC Trust @ Team Assistant to the Accountability Team and Personal Assistant to the Public Accountability Manager for the West Midlands and East Midlands Regional Audience Councils. This included:
• Providing compressive administrative support.
• Diary management, organizing accommodation, transport and hospitality for meetings.
• Liaising closely with the public, providing support and assistance to the Regional Audience Council members, dealing with confidential files.
• Taking primary responsibility for maintaining the online filing systems ensuring that these are kept in line with BBC policy, sole responsibility of maintaining Access 2000 database of council members and managing a shared drive.
• Managing the online message board – keeping managers up to date with any views from Council Members and informed the members of any responses. From February 2007 to May 2007 (4 months) Sales Administrator/ Internal Account Manager @ • Liaising with customers on stock requirements and technical issues.
• Receiving and inputting customer orders using local software and SAP.
