Director, Learning and Development @ From January 2015 to Present (8 months) Clearwater, FLSenior Learning & Development Manager @ Responsible for improving the productivity of MCCS employees as well as developing core competencies and strategies that drive results, while engaging/developing our talent. I currently manage 15 employees ( 3 managers, and 12 supervisors) in both facilitation and instructional design, while supporting over 1000 employees. Sourced and hired between 500-600 new hires annually. Responsibilities included driving corporate programs and implementation of new policy/procedures for over 1000 employees. Maintained a 40% referral percentage in hiring and consistently developed creative referral strategies and marketing plans that boosted our HR fill rate. Partnered with external vendors to help manage ad accounts and marketing media. Attended monthly job fairs across Tampa Bay, working strategically to source for bilingual candidates as well. For two years I studied both the operations and administrative management of Human Resources and Credit Services, while balancing a team of associates and supervisors which ranged from 4-34 employees.
