In her early twenties, Larissa worked her way up through the ranks of a yoga teacher training program; eventually achieving the rank of 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer.Since then, Larissa has taught yoga in various settings and sectors, including a yoga studio, private teacher, and health and wellness center. In her most recent position, Larissa leads a health and fitness center as the preschool-age education manager.In her spare time, Larissa enjoys practicing yoga, cooking and reading.
