Here, she was responsible for managing and managing Recruitment teams, as well as developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. She also worked with clients on a variety of projects, from minority hire programs to growth hacking programs. In her role at Artis Group, Kylie helped to design and implement a Talent Management Program for the company. Additionally, she was responsible for developing and executing exit strategies for companies.Kylie is currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist - part-time at Portt. I would consider her to be extremely successful in her skills, and she has vast experience in both HR and Talent Acquisition Management. She is an extremely hard worker, and always puts her heart into her work. I am extremely proud of her, and she is a great asset to our team.
