Passionate about sports and the outdoors, writing and editing, world and American literature and quality adventures of all kinds! As a recent graduate from Lewis & Clark College, I am currently searching for a way to deploy my passion for writing and communication into the world. From May 2013 to August 2013 (4 months) Gear Maintenance Technician for College Outdoors @ Lead wilderness trips in high responsibility position. Pulled gear for trips, drove large passenger vans, navigated wilderness, prepared campsites. Worked in company’s gear warehouse maintaining a variety of outdoor equipment and fixing broken gear. From October 2011 to December 2012 (1 year 3 months) Food Service Employee @ Served food to students, worked a stint in the bakery making cookies and pastries, stocked fresh foods before meals, and helped students with special dietary needs sort out what was best for them to eat. From February 2011 to October 2012 (1 year 9 months) House Manager for the Theatre @ I was the face of the theatre on show nights. Sold tickets to patrons and was in charge of the ushering staff that helped them find their seats. If there were ever any issues during a performance that had to do with the audience I would attend to those as well. Anything on show night that wasn't happening onstage was my job.
