From April 2016 to November 2016 (8 months) Greater New York City AreaVice President, Customer Success @ Insureon Led account management and service delivery for Insureon's retail distribution channel. During this time I crafted and executed a strategic plan to drive improvement in retention, customer loyalty and satisfaction, and employee productivity. These efforts generated immediate improvement in retention rates, and provided a multi-year road map to further increase Insureon's industry leading productivity. From November 2016 to November 2017 (1 year 1 month) Greater Chicago AreaVice President, Sales - Strategic Partnerships @ Insureon Collaborated in the development of Insureon's B2B distribution channel and led engagements that provided outsourced sales and servicing of Small Commercial business for a top US insurer, two of the three largest insurance brokerages in the world, the third largest bank in the United States, and a leading small business software company. I leverage relational databases, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, and PowerPoint on a daily basis.
