• IT Recruitment Manager that currently leads a team of 8 technical recruiters on permanent engineering positions in Seattle and the surrounding areas including but not limited to Bellevue, Redmond and Bothell.
• Identify, attract and source top engineering talent while effectively managing the recruiting cycle from beginning to close.
• Act as liaison between sales and recruiting to maximize efforts and ensure a quality recruiting process.
• Cover permanent positions with a specialty in creating passive candidate pipelines and building relationships with top engineering talent.
• Work with start-ups (mid to late stage), medium, and Fortune 500 companies Hiring Managers to identify needs and provide resource solutions.
• Extensive sourcing experience using referrals, network, offshore team, BullHorn database, Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter. Social Media (Github, Stackoverflow and Twitter).
• Verticals: Software Engineers (C#, Java, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python), SDET's, DBA's, Network Engineers, Data Architects, Testers, Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, System Administrators (Linux and Windows), Director level recruitment.
