This resulted in ensuring compliance and over 25% increase of efficiency in process and resources.Led requirement gathering, systems analysis, user acceptance testing, end-user support, training and knowledge management sessions for multiple projects and systems like LMS, Talent Management Applications, Compensation and Talent Acquisition/Staffing systems. My role included product development on web related technologies and relational databases, enabling Fatbrain to enhance its B2B deployments. From January 2000 to June 2001 (1 year 6 months) Consultant @ TransCanada Pipelines TransCanada Pipelines is an energy company, focused on natural gas transmission and power services.
