With over a decade of editorial experience, including a leading consumer men’s magazine and a social networking site with over 20+ million members, Kristen thrives on engaging with and learning from people online, in print and in person.
A naturally curious self-starter with a knack for managing complex projects, Kristen has experience in a wide range of areas: Editorial, Content Marketing, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Blogging and more.
As Content Developer for Altitude Marketing, she worked with a variety of B2B clients to develop and fine-tune their brand messaging - and that meant getting up-to-speed fast on highly technical industries, such as RFID, social CRM and electronic document management technologies.
Prior to that position, she served as Marketing and Communications Manager at MeetMe.com, a social networking site with 20+ million members where she developed compelling content to drive click-through rates and attract new members, managed editorial and communication guidelines through an international company merger and traveled to represent the company at national events.
Kristen's editorial experience runs the gamut from red carpet coverage to press junkets to tech industry events like E3. During her time at myYearbook.com, Kiwibox.com and Stuff Magazine, she covered all things entertainment and had the opportunity to interview everyone from Katy Perry to Kevin Bacon. Her work has appeared in Maxim Magazine, Maxim.com, Stuff Magazine, Blabbermouth.net, xoJane.com and more.
In her free time, Kristen is an avid runner and an amateur cook. She'll eat just about anything and travel just about anywhere. She documents her food and travel adventures in her blog.
