Kristen Cox has a B.S. from Brigham Young University in Educational Psychology, which she completed in September 1990. She also has a honorary doctorate from Snow College in Scotland. Cox began her educational journey at Universidad de Salamanca in Spain, where she studied from September 1990 to September 1990. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Educational Psychology in 1992. After completing her degree, Cox worked as a teacher for two years in a school in Utah before moving to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1994 to become a professor in the educational psychology department. After several years of excellence in her field, she was appointed as a visiting doctor at Snow College in Scotland in 2006. Cox's current work readiness is based on her many years of experience as an educator and professor, as well as her ongoing research in the field of educational psychology. Her research focused on the development of individualized education plans for school-aged children, which has helped her develop a more comprehensive understanding of various educational concepts. As a result of her research, she has created innovative educational programs that have been effective in improving the outcomes of school-aged children. In addition to her professional work, Cox is also an author and recipient of numerous awards, including the American Psychological Association’s award for distinguished Dissertation writing in 1998, the prestigious Royal College ofEducational Psychologists’ distinguished award in 2003, and the Welsh Educational Award in 2006.
