Kirsten has since received an MBA from San Jose State University in Hospitality Management. Kirsten has over 10 years of hospitality management experience from both local and national level posts. Kirsten's acute interest in education started before she finished college, as she noticed that many of her friends who had finished college were seeking jobs in the hospitality industry.Seeing this as an opportunity to learn more, Kirsten researched many different educational opportunities, eventually choosing to attend San Francisco State University as an undergraduate. Upon her arrival to SF State, Kirsten was able to complete her undergraduate requirements and soon found herself entranced by the food environment and the coursework. She was immediately intrigued by theurdy of the food study program and the ability to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Kirsten quickly found that she enjoyed learning and experiencing new, interesting curriculums, as well as challenging herself academically. In her final year of undergraduate studies, Kirsten completed her Master's degree in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University.
