I saw a 74 percent increase in hires per recruiter, and my team averaged a 49 days to fill. I also referrers were 9 percent higher than the average, and candidate response rates were 55 percent greater than the average. In addition to this, I also designed and rolled out interviewer training and created the Amazon Logistics landing page. Finally, I also implemented a new POD interview model for our company. Overall, I managed to successfully execute upon a number of projects, such as first meeting with the VP of Amazon Logistics, increasing visibility and interest among senior leaders, creating a social media strategy to get better brand awareness, implementing a new job posting strategy, and completing within five more recruiters per week.
