As an early employee at MoPub I was able to build an industry leading publisher sales team, client services organization and demand team. In addition, I worked with the rest of the executives at MoPub to build a culture of hard working passionate smart people working together to execute on clearly defined goals. From my experience, the success of a company has to do with the people, culture and process that come together to build rigorous product driven technology. I am a big fan of OKRs, much of the early Google culture, the lessons from Jim Collin's 'Good to Great' & Ben Horowitz's "Hard thing about hard things."
