Kerry Olitzky is an ordained rabbi, who has worked extensively in the evangelical community since she was ordained in 1976. Olitzky went on to obtain a Master's degree in Aging Studies from the University of South Florida in 1975. She then returned to Hebrew Union College in 1990 to get her rabbinical ordination. Between 1990 and 2002, Olitzky worked as a Religious Education and Ethics instructor at the American College in Jerusalem. From 2002 until present, she has been an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida.When asked about her work readiness, Olitzky has said that she is currently "working on my fourth book" and "making progress" on her first two books. Olitzky frequently engages in literary writing, and her third book is set to be published in 2009. Olitzky has also enjoyed working in the adult-candidate training program for the D.C. Mayor's Office of Aging, and has found this experience to be particularly beneficial in developing her work readiness skills. Olitzky has stated that her goal is to be "a confident and effective leader" in her personal and professional lives.
