I am an NYC based developer who has found a passion for writing software that makes a real, quantifiable, and disruptive impact. My strong suits include Javascript, Python, and Android development, but I live in relentless pursuit of learning even more through personal projects, as can be seen on my github and portfolio site.Front-End Engineering Intern @ From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Greater New York City AreaSoftware Engineering Intern @ ● Worked as a member of the Web team, primarily using Python, JavaScript, and MySQL. ● Developed a feature enabling developers to generate test users of varying metrics that simulate 6 months of test data on the UP system, in order to assist the development of 3rd party apps. ● Performed various updates to the e-commerce portion of the site, which included SQL scripting and building upon a Python-based MVC framework. From June 2015 to August 2015 (3 months) San Francisco Bay AreaAndroid Developer Intern @ ● Acted as a core member of the Android team and developed features for a major design overhaul of Grooveshark's Android application. ● Worked in parallel with the web and iOS teams to design, implement, and integrate Google Chromecast functionality. ● Participated in a month long course covering front-end basics, server side programming, version control, and other advanced topics in order to learn web development.
