Kenneth Ludden's Journey to Central Research, Inc.Ludden started his broadcasting career in 1981 as the Administrative Assistant to the General Manager, WCAN-FM in Ft. Myers, Florida. He left WCAN-FM to become the Manager of Marketing at WPBF-AM/FM in Cleveland, Ohio. After four years at WPBF-AM/FM, Ludden returned to Fort Myers, Florida as the Manager of Programming.In 1986, Kenneth Ludden became the Regional Manager West and Central Regions at Pulte Mortgage. four years later, he left Pulte Mortgage to become the President, National Sales at Imperial Lending. Ludden was with Imperial Lending for seven years, during which time he was responsible for all facets of National Sales and managed a team of more than 1,000 sales people.From January 2006 to January 2007, Kenneth Ludden was the director of Flight Training at US Air Force. As director, he was responsible for developing and leading the Flight Training program at US Air Force. Ludden's earlier experience as an Administrative Assistant at WCAN-FM gave him a wealth of knowledge and experience that he applied to his new position as director of Flight Training.After leaving US Air Force, Kenneth Ludden rejoined Central Research, Inc. as a Vice President Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development.
