Ken Taylor has fifteenth-month experience as an Apprentice Manager in the Middle East under the leadership of Mohammad Javed, clocked in at 10 months. Mohammad Javed was responsible for our Talent Scouting Department. Mohammad Javed and I first worked together on developing a Screening Process for a new software project we were working on. together, we looked at a large number of resume templates and chose the best one to use for the project. Mohammad then narrowed down the field of candidates to 15-20 and set up a meeting with them to discuss the project. He then introduced me to the candidates and we began to screen them.Once we narrowed the field down to the 15-20 candidates, we scheduled a meeting to brief them on the project and see how they would be interested in working on it. We also showed them the company culture and offered them a job if they decided to stay with the company.We then went through all of the resumeikanstations and found that most of them were accurate. We then selected 2 or 3 of the candidates and had them interview with the product development team.We then gathered all the resumeikanstations and went back to Mohammad to have them show him their resume. After reading through them, he then narrowed it down to 5-7 candidates and told us to go ahead and hire them. Mohammad is an excellent leader and he always knows what to do when things don't go as planned. He is also very organized and able to keep track of a lot of information.
