Led and oversaw phase one and x project design including scope, metrics, and deliverables that resulted in full EMR implementation for 4 regional health systems (North Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Mississippi) and one of the largest for profit investor owned Fortune 500 multi facility healthcare system with 80 hospitals and over 200 outpatient clinics in North America.
Architect and led perioperative solution optimization project delivery that resulted in an optimization of a 10-year old perioperative solution installation as part of Cerner Co-Founder, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) Paul Gorup's Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives for high performance hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Presented to client executive sponsors and cross-functional team consisting of systems analysts, perioperative RNs, business analysts, directors, and administrative staffs on system design.
• Proposed process improvement opportunities from current and future state analysis to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance efficiency in perioperative clinical workflow and supply chain management.
