As a recruiter, I've found Ken to be very successful in developing relationships with individuals, but that doesn't always happen with managers. Ken also has a very sour attitude and doesn't care about his employees. He is motivated by himself, not by his employees.Overall, I would not recommend working for Ken Jordan. He is a bottom motivator and doesn't take much from his employees. He is also not interested in developing relationships with his employees. He is more interested in developing relationships with others, which could have been a positive trend if he had a less negative attitude.
