💼 Past Experience

Ken Hite's experience in Sales and Marketing at Car Lister from February 2010 to March 2014, is extremely relevant to his current role as Senior Vice President Enterprise Sales, Business Development Corporate at RedCap Automotive Technology. He was President at Dealer Advisory Group, and Vice President of Business Development at Car Lister from January 2015 to June 2016. While at Car Lister, Ken developed and managed a team of sales and marketing representatives that were responsible for both product development and our dealership’s website marketing. He also served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.At RedCap Automotive Technology, Ken will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy for the company’s vehicles and turbines. Ken Hite has been successful in his previous pursuits as a business marketer and mental health counselor, gaining both knowledge and experience that has prepared him to lead colleges and universities through Change Initiatives.Hite first began his journey into education in 1984. He attended San Diego State University-California StateUniversity and earned his BS in Business Marketing in 1986. Hite then went on to earn his MA in Mental Health Counseling from California State University Northridge in 1988. Hite then embarked on a career in mental health counseling, starting out as a clinical Supervisor with the San Diego Department of Mental Health. Hite then went on to become a full-time faculty member at CSUN-Northridge, began developing Change Initiatives for the Department of Mental Health, and authored several journal articles on the subject.Hite is also an accomplished writer, having written several books on mental health counseling and English education. In 2003, Hite was awarded a LLM in English Education from UCLA.
