In his work experience as a Director at Center for Dispute Resolution, Ken Cloke has been extremely involved in the development and management of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) initiatives in the USA. As a Founding President at Mediators Beyond Borders, he has also been a pivotal player in the development of ADR projects in other parts of the world. In all of his experiences, Ken has consistently found that effective and efficient ADR initiatives can be created only through close working relationships with people from different backgrounds and disciplines. This is why he is extremely excited to return to the USA and join Center for Dispute Resolution, where he will work with colleagues from a wide range of industries and disciplines to develop cutting-edge ADR initiatives.
