Ken Benson has been working in the IT field for over 15 years. He started out working for Philips South America, where he was responsible for developing, running and maintaining the IT infrastructure for the company's manufacturing plants in Brazil and Argentina. He then worked for Dell for eight years, where he was responsible for developing, managing and developing Dell's IT products and services. After a six-year stint working for a technology consulting firm, he moved on to work for AT&T Global Information Systems. There, he was responsible for developing and managing the IT infrastructure for the company's various customer service and technical support communications activities. He then left AT&T Global Information Systems to become a Manager oflevels at Blue Shield of California. There, he was responsible for creating and running Dell's vast IT operations. He then moved on to work at ZeroDown Software, where he is currently a Principal. He has also been working as a Technical Advisory Board Member at ZeroNines Technology, and as a Technical Advisory Board Member at ZeroNines Technology from January 2004 to January 2013. In his previous positions, he has been responsible for providing business strategy, market analysis, product and service marketing go to market strategies, and technical advice and counsel to executive leadership at ZeroNines and act as a sounding board on strategies and tactics.

From there, he moved on to become a Technical Advisory Board member at ZeroNines Technology. Ken also worked as a project manager for a technology spin-off company that was acquired by ZeroDown Software. In thisrole, he helped the company launch their new product line and managed several releases of their technology. Ken then moved on to Blue Shield of California in Oakland, California as Senior Project Manager. There, he developed new revenue streams through direct marketing events and seminar selling programs. Ken is currently a Principal at Business Performance Partners in Oakland, CA. Ken is also a program managing the upgrade of Oracle Primavera P6 and the IT Project Manager of the RPM ITPM Tools Improvement Project.
