After earning her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership and Development from the latter school in 2022, Kelly has focused her energy and concentration on teaching and providing instruction in Pacific Rim studies.At U.S.F.,Kelly was a research associate in the Anthropology Department from 1996 to 2002. She was a faculty member at the School of Pacific Rim Studies from 2002 to 2006 and an endowed professor from 2006 to 2018.Since her elevation to professorship at Pacific Rim Studies at U.S.F., Kelly has developed a profound respect for and impact on the field of Pacific Rim studies.
