•Overhauled the semi-annual performance review system in first 90 days of hire.
•Supervised a 17% growth in headcount during the first 10 months of my tenure.
•Created and conducted the first internal employee satisfaction survey in five years, analyzed results and executed action plans focusing on improving company-wide communications. Follow-on survey recorded a 31% increase in employee happiness with quality and frequency of information received after a period of six months.

From December 2014 to Present (1 year 1 month) Austin, Texas AreaSenior Manager - Human Resources @ Part of the Vista Equity Partners portfolio, Accruent is the leading integrated workplace management software technology company in the real estate and lease administration arena. During my tenure the company grew from 110 to 600+ Employees, domestic and international.
•Significantly improved employee confidence in the integrity and credibility of the HR team as evidenced by a 98% favorable trust score the last internal employee survey prior to my departure.
•Supervised the assimilation of a 120% growth in staff with no corresponding increase in HR team headcount over a period of 2 years.
•Responsible for the smooth execution of all HR processes related to the acquisition of four companies in a 20 month window, including international workforce reductions and job role changes.
•Guided HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention, including the conversion of vacation/sick days system to an oPTO (open paid time off) program which removed future liability to the company's bottom line (Savings estimated to be 1.4 mil in the first year).
•Negotiated a change in healthcare plan offerings that resulted in company savings of over $190,000 in the first six months after implementation. From October 2012 to November 2014 (2 years 2 months) Senior Recruiter @ Vista is a private equity firm focused on investing in software and technology enabled businesses, and has executed over 170 global transactions (acquisitions, add-ons and divestitures) worth more than $45 billon since being founded in 2000.
•First position holder for this role, defined the duties and responsibilities for the Senior Recruiter as it evolved.
•Managed portfolio-wide ATS system as Lead Administrator, delivering continuous training to over 40 recruiters based in 17+ companies.
•Executed all portfolio-wide ad placements and managed vendor relations for HR technology partners.
•Determined content, selected speakers and supervised the Recruiting Track of Vista’s annual G&A Conference.
•Acted as interim Talent Acquisition Manager for various portfolio companies. From December 2011 to October 2012 (11 months) Senior Recruiter (Global) @ A computer gaming company headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, CCP merged with White Wolf Publishing in 2006 and grew from 55 people to 625 in my last four years there, adding offices in the United Kingdom, China, New York and San Francisco.
•Saved the company approximately 1.3 million USD in third-party vendor fees in 2010, by handling 90%+ of all hires internally.
•Successfully staffed an entire greenfield satellite office in the UK (28 positions).
•Hired internationally and facilitated immigration/relocation processes for all locations.
•Managed the global strategic HR marketing plan for all office locations, to include owning vendor relationships and negotiating search firm and ad agency contracts.
•Created and maintained global HR KPI Metrics and acted as owner/manager of the company proprietary applicant tracking system.
•Trained and supported HR Specialists in China and Iceland with regards to recruiting best practices.
Resource identification included specialties in the following disciplines: IT/Engineering, software development, creative: artists, animators, etc., sales, finance and management positions.
98+% of all 2010 & 2011 hires (300+ globally) were retained for employment beyond 90 days. From October 2009 to December 2011 (2 years 3 months) Global Events Director (CCP) & Director of Marketing (Publishing Division) @ Event Director: responsible for furthering the company goals/product branding to industry and consumers at face-to-face events, from educational conferences to fan conventions (50+ events globally each year)
•Supervised and implemented all convention logistics from contract negotiation, vendors, shipping, housing/travel, booth set-up and staffing, party-planning, staff and volunteer scheduling.
•Grew the Publishing Division’s annual customer conference by 85% in a 3 year period.
•Supervised the growth of the Eve FanFest from 400 to 1000+ international attendees between 2006 and 2010.
Marketing Director: Executive in charge of all efforts related to product launches, print media/electronic marketing, website content, public relations and product marketing budgets.
•Launched over 250 products, including annual ‘tentpoles’ releases for each major product line.
•Intern Program Manager - highest intern-to-hire ratio in company history (70%). From October 2005 to January 2011 (5 years 4 months) Associate Director of Sales and Marketing @ A global hotel management company with 450 properties, representing diverse brands like Westin, Candlewood, Renaissance and including resorts to full-service and extended-stay options.
•Awarded Top Sales Achiever in 2004 (120% goal accomplishment). Met 200% of goals in Q1 2005.
•Functioned as Sales & Marketing liaison with all other hotel departments. Supervised a staff of 5-7 employees.
•Generated over 7 million in revenue from sales bookings in 2004.
•Negotiated increases for six key accounts during RFP process, generating 5-6.5% uplift in rates for 2005. From July 2003 to September 2005 (2 years 3 months) Area Director of Sales @ •Represented multiple hotels in the Virginia (7) and Maryland Markets (5). Directly supervised the sales effort for three Dulles Airport properties.

Took hotel to 97% annual occupancy - a 13% increase, raised RevPar 9.6% to become #1 hotel in the chain.
