Building and maintaining partnerships with ticketing companies including Ticketmaster and Crowdsurge, to run artist presales to highly incentivise pre-orders. Successful ticketing projects include Little Mix, Faithless, Don Broco, Everything Everything, Kodaline and Bring Me The Horizon. Sales, traffic and analytics - creating bespoke reports, identifying key learnings and insights. Overall store management - expertise in online merchandising, retail pricing, product development, inventory management, fulfilment and logistics.
