I collaborated with marketing and Subject Matter Experts within the company to assess issues and define solutions for customers. My Projects were completed on time by using effective project management and communication skills between on shore and off shore team members. 1.Core Snacks - Popcorn -Prototyped new flavors on ready to eat popcorn, kettle and air popped, with the objective of testing the limit of how to deliver flavor and create a new eating experiences for the consumer-Created benchtop prototypes and conducted plant trials for 3 flavors. One flavor was commercialized within a year and the other two filled the pipeline and launched the next year -Met consumer taste preference and financial project business goals established for the product2.
