💼 Past Experience

Prior to joining Amtrak, Katie worked at one of the largest truck driving firms in the country. She was responsible for building, executing and monitoring recruitment and staffing programs for truck drivers across Delaware, North Carolina and South Carolina. She also ran customer service and driver training programs. Additionally, Katie spent several years working as a manager in a high-use and high-stress office environment. This inside and outside view of how a Recruiter should work will give you a very concrete, grounded perspective of the role.
