Pok Pok recently migrated their company's human resources management system from SAP to the cloud. As a result, Kathy walked us through all of the Sonisatei features and discussed some of the challenges they have encountered.Sonisatei is a cloud-based HR solution with a lot of the features of a traditional HR solution, but the app is specifically designed to work with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. For example, you can access yourBerry accounts from any device, and you can drag and drop employees from other systems into your Sonisatei system.One of the biggest challenges that they've experienced is that many of their employees are Trained as Traditional HR Professionals and are not comfortable usetsoning the cloud-based HR solution. For example, they've had to train their workers how to use the Sonisatei system to access theirBerry accounts and access the HR tools, such as email and chat.Another challenge is that their employees are used to the traditional HR process and do not want to change that. They've had to engage employees in a conversation to get them to change their mind about using the cloud-based HR solution.Overall, they are content with the cloud-based HR solution and are happy with the customer service they've received so far.
