The applicant should review all of the evidence that is available to demonstrate that the credit is creditworthy.* Next, the applicant should assess the creditworthy entities. As mentioned in the authority, the creditworthy entities should include those that are engaged in eligible activities. The entity should assess whether the creditworthy activities are essential to the entity's ongoing operations.* Finally, the applicant should consider the creditworthiness of the applicant's Applicants. Although the applicant's Applicants can be any individuals, the creditworthy entities should nominate one-third of the applicants for credit.This memorandum provides guidance on the due diligence process for those who apply for the TCAP 11 credit.
