When Kassidy Skiba was first hired as a Human Resources Intern atSecura Insurance in February 2012, she was excited to have the opportunity to work in the human resources field. Kassidy quickly rose through the ranks and was eventually elevated to the position of Human Resources Administrator at Appvion, Inc. (formerly Appleton Papers Inc.) in December 2013.
