I am a Graduate student pursuing my Masters Degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. I will be graduating in the year 2016 and my specialization will be Intelligent Systems. After obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, I spent the next three years in Infosys Technologies Limited, Bangalore. Constant new challenges helped me refine my learning ability and problem solving skills which is why I decided to study further. I am passionate about exploring new ideas. Comet Caller @ As part of The University of Texas at Dallas'​ Office of Development and Alumni Relations' Comet Caller team, my responsibilities include making phone calls to alumni, share university news, update contact information, and raise money for UT Dallas. From July 2015 to Present (4 months) Dallas/Fort Worth AreaSenior System Engineer @ Design, development, maintenance and support of Equities Federated Data Mart (EFDM) application for the client, Goldman Sachs, using Shell Programming, DB2 Database and PL/SQL Scripting Language on a Linux Environment. Main part of the job was to migrate the EFDM legacy system running on DB2 database, to be functional on Sybase IQ. The aim was to improve the performance of the application by 60%. During the migration, I was involved in automation of several manual tasks so the application would run without any manual interference. After one and a half years of the experience, I was moved to support an application which serves as the downstream to EFDM application.
