💼 Past Experience

[email protected] started out as a data entry intern at RTB House in 2007. I later became a data entry intern at BakerHostetler. After a year with BakerHostetler, I moved to RTB House, where I currently am the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Americas. In my previous roles, I have worked with a variety of No.8 companies in the Americas. I have acquired over 20 million pounds of new customer addresses, gathered intelligence on target markets, and helped influence hiring decisions at both large and small companies.My experience shows that I have the skills and intelligence to lead successful data entry teams. I am passionate about taking on new challenges, and I am excited to continue developing my skills and capabilities at RTB House. 🎓 Education

Karolina Berghauzen has a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Warsaw, where she specialised in social cognition. Her previous education has taught her about the role of emotions in human behaviour, and the effects of psychological stress on cognitive function, decision making and public service work.

Karolina Berghauzen has over 10 years of experience in the human resources field, most recently working as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at RTB House. Prior to that, Karolina held a variety of other technical and position positions in human resources.outside of work:Karolina always enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves attending events, such as art shows, book festivals, and music festivals. Karolina has also been known to enjoy walking, biking, and swimming.
