As a producer in the gaming sphere for almost five years, I've had the pleasure of experiencing many highs and many lows while commandeering the production and release of my handful of titles. The amount of growth, knowledge, patience, respect, and communication skills I've accumulated over this time is a byproduct of both my successes and my many failures.
Creatively driving product in a demanding industry has required me to consistently make many tough decisions. While I pride myself in understanding and aggressively subscribing to analytics to facilitate the decision making process, I am not perfect and mistakes are still made. Fortunately, most failures can either be repaired or iterated on; more importantly, I learn from my mistakes and rely on these lessons going forward as an additional data point to draw inspiration from.
Making fun, high quality games is my passion. Proving to my audience that my games are worthy of their attention and their time, and learning and iterating on the process, are my only motivations.
