• Optimize container loads and handle the weekly order control corresponding to the orders from Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras and send them to the Frito Lay USA Plant to be processed and delivered.
• Handle monthly orders of candies and Stax potatoes and cubic orders adequately to be processed and delivered from the Plants of Alegro and Mexicalli.
QUAKER
PRODUCTION PLANNING: Responsible of the monthly manufacturing plan for oats and bagged cereals to be processed by the Co-packers in Guatemala and Nicaragua.
Keep tracking of the orders to assure they are loaded and delivered to its final destination, according to the dates confirmed by the Plants. Coordinate in a monthly basis, the landed freights to assure the containers. Maintain a close working relationship with the Transportation Companies and negotiation of freight rates to avoid prices increases. Coordinate and monitor the security services for the containers from Guatemala to Central America.
INVOICING/ORDER PROCCESS:
Follow up that the quarterly costs are updated in the system, in order to invoice the local and export orders.
