Karim Cherif has over 10 years of experience in the field of HR consultancy and organization reform. He started his career at Atos Consulting, where he worked for 4 years as a Consultant and then from January 2006 to January 2009 as a Senior Consultant. He then joined the IBM France team, working for 2 years as a Charged instructor at NEOMA Business School. From January 2004 to January 2006, he was also a Charged instructor at IBM Canada. After leaving IBM France, he worked at Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners, where he was a Director- of-Mission for 2 years.
