Training Manager, Master Trainer @ As a Master Trainer I lead the learning team supporting our Sort Center network within Amazon Operations. Our focus includes content, program, and process development in the learning and operations space. We focus on frontline associate training, compliance requirements, technical training, and leadership onboarding and training. I maintain key stakeholder relationships with Operations, HR, and Safety leadership across the organization to drive the right solutions for the business. From December 2014 to Present (1 year 1 month) Leadership Development Specialist - World Wide Operations Learning and Talent Development @ In early 2013 I joined our Launch Your Career team within the Operations Leadership Institute. I was responsible for program management, process improvement, curriculum design, facilitation, and other items related to leadership onboarding.
I closely managed one of our key onboarding programs that supports thousands of leaders across North America. As our team grew globally, I partnered with other LD Specialists tolaunch this program in other regions.
I worked closely with key stakeholders both in and outside of the classroom to make gains in the onboarding and assimilation of new leaders within the organization. From January 2013 to December 2014 (2 years) Learning & Development Trainer @ The mission statement of the Pipeline team was: "To help our employees find happiness and success through personal and professional development." In order to uphold that mission statement I designed, managed, and facilitated training courses - across three fulfillment centers, supporting both thousands of front-line associates and over 200 leaders within the organization. I developed both associate and leadership onboarding programs as well as career development learning opportunities for hourly associates and upcoming leaders. From January 2010 to January 2013 (3 years 1 month) Reception @ As the Adminstrator of First Impressions I was given the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and a great first impression to Zappos employees as well as vendors and guests in this key administrative role. I supported a node of two warehouses with over 1000 employees. From July 2009 to January 2010 (7 months)
