From January 2014 to September 2015 (1 year 9 months) Manager @ PST is a registered training organisation which trains people from school based apprentices to managers. We are an innovative company who provide inspiring, challenging and most of all fun programs. From November 2012 to December 2013 (1 year 2 months) Regional Director of Training ME&A @ Responsible for the training and development aspects in the properties in the ME&A region. Development and implementation of corporate programs and training tools to meet the regions diverse needs. Work with the pre opening teams to ensure the corporate culture and workplace standards are in place and meet. From November 2008 to November 2012 (4 years 1 month) Dir of HR and Training @ Responsible for all aspects of 585 employees(recruitment, workplace satisfaction, training and their welfare). Worked on the development and delivery of the corporate programs to all levels of employees. From February 2006 to July 2006 (6 months) Industry Development Manager/ Project Manager QTIC Training Express @ Adviser to the Tourism industry for Human Resources and Training. Worked with the QLD government on issues relating to the industry.
Gained funding for the development and implemented the QTIC training express. A 10 carriage training train which traveled around QLD to deliver training to students, employees, managers and owners of tourism and hospitality industry and to school students and teachers of hospitality colleges and high schools. From February 2005 to February 2006 (1 year 1 month) Corporate College Manager - Consultant @ Contracted to improve the standards and re regisered as a RTO in hospitality. Set up and gained registration as an RTO for Beauty - Spa From June 2004 to December 2004 (7 months) Part -time lecturer/ tutor @ Lecturer/ tutor for first semester - Introduction to Hospitality Management. From September 2003 to June 2004 (10 months) Lecturer and Program coordinator - Part time position @ Lecturer/Tutor and coordinator of the hospitality program and their international students. Advised on the redevelopment of the hospitality program. From September 2003 to June 2004 (10 months) Industry Development Manager - Part time @ Hospitality and Tourism representative to oversee the Registered Training Organisations and schools in QLD. Australian Hopistality Review panel representative. Worked with national ITAB and liased with industry to ensure up to date skills and knowledge in the training packages. From August 2003 to June 2004 (11 months) Brisbane, AustraliaManager, Education and Training - Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality @ Restructured the faculty and gained re registration for hospitality and tourism. Gained registration for Event management and Tour Guiding.

Set up the Hotel as a RTO -registered training organisation for all the Sheraton hotels in Australis and New Zealand. Co ordinated the corporate trainee program.
