Lead Digital Business Analyst (Contractor) @ Programme Digital Business Analyst for one of the largest digital programmes of work within Barclays Plc. I am currently responsible for a team of Business Analysts within an expanding programme of work. The programme has currently delivered 4 projects and is looking to deliver a further 14 including: a world class innovative Online Banking Experience including architectural and interface overhauls, and a complete redesign of the public facing website. My role started with finalising the multi and cross-channel strategy, defining the overall scope and splitting the programmes into their individual projects.
