While at UiPath, Crandall was responsible for overseeing global compensation and equity programs as a Director, TOTAL Rewards, and also led HRIS efforts within HR while reporting to the CHRO. In her previous role at Expedia, Crandall was responsible for managing day-to-day rewards administration and support for Corporate Supports groups, as well as developing materials for the Compensation Committee. Additionally, she was also responsible for working with executive recruiting to evaluate and recommend executive compensation packages and providing advice and assistance to HR teams on compensation issues.In September 2019, Karen Crandall will join the Uipath’s HR team as a Director, Global Compensation and Equity. her primary role will be to manage Uipath’s global compensation and equity programs. This will include providing leadership for both the design and administration of global compensation policies and programs as well as overseeing margin and performance on all business units. Karen Crandall is excited to join the Uipath team and help shape the company’s future.
