.Kai Marcus Schroter is educated in Business and Hotel Administration from The University of Akron, majoring in Hotel Management. After completing his undergraduate degree, he worked as a visa clerk at the US Embassy in Bonn, Germany for two years. During his time at the Embassy, he received valuable training in Hotel Management. Schwechat group, professional consultants, owns and operates Hotel chain 7 hotels in Germany and Austria. He then joined the Hotel Management Program of the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed his graduate degree in Hotel Administration in 2006.
