• Made several standardized VBA programs that streamlined navigation through the command prompt style production system portal and imported data into Excel for quicker SPC management and OOC pattern recognition.
• Engineered several projects to statistically prove and control prevention of product yield excursions, raise the Cpk of product parameter distributions and improve tool recipes endpoint setups, reducing repetitious manual intervention.

Managed the Shelley plant schedule through one of the market’s lowest raw material supply periods, lowering inventories throughout the whole supply chain to avoid procuring high priced raw, but without shorting customers. Recognized the need for and developed a tool to merge MRP, pull theory, and forecast to help automate the majority of the scheduler’s analyses. Engineered and implemented several profit sustaining capital projects for the Moses Lake plant including the waste water pump replacement, potato transfer pump replacement and process roof membrane installation.
Successfully engineered and implemented a profit enhancing project to install a reverse osmosis system for both electric and gas boiler systems in Moses Lake.
