During my career in events production, I was involved in a variety of large scale events/concert tours - among the most notable projects are the European Film Awards and tours for artists including Metallica, Madonna, Elton John, Rihanna and Sting. As the Ticket Sale and Accreditation Manager I was responsible for the distribution and sale of tickets, coordinated advance ticket and gate sales, plus worked with the marketing team on promotional activities. I managed invitation, partner lists, accreditation, invites and on-site permits. My responsibilities also included reporting and analysis.
Between 2008 and 2011, I worked at the UK-based RSA Insurance Group. From my time with the organisation I took away a strong account management experience, which was gained from relationship management between RSA and brokers and affinity partners. The position involved a variety of responsibilities including project management, training, strategic planning, negotiation and development of new business opportunities.
When holding the UK/US Digital & Direct Marketing Assistant position at Sweaty Betty, my work specialised in SEO, PPC, Affiliate Partnerships, Email Marketing and Catalogue Management. I was responsible for coordinating product launches, promotional activity and all digital marketing through partners. Working closely with the Email Marketing Manager and the CRM Manager ensuring all programmes are set-up and optimised. Assist the Email Marketing Manager in implementing the email strategy; including developing trigger campaigns and an extensive welcome programme. As owner of the onsite email sign up process, working with the Creative team and E-Commerce team to scope the design and integration of a seamless one-step account registration and email sign up process.
