Health insurer strategic partnership review – Analyzed likely future growth strategies for the client’s largest provider in order to advise the client on what posture it should have towards that provider. Created a framework by which the client could analyze the partner’s potential future strategies. Conducted a set of interviews with the provider’s executive team and the client’s executive team which allowed us to advise both parties on how they could have a more constructive and efficient partnership.
Retailer category strategy and vendor negotiations improvement – Worked with the client’s merchandising division to create comprehensive strategies for each retail category. Leveraged the strategies to create negotiation tactics for each vendor in each category. Executed negotiation tactics.
Retailer end-to-end pricing suite development – Reviewed the client’s internal pricing processes to help design a centralized pricing suite. Assessed what the business needed to be able to price their products intelligently and used that understanding to build out decision support functionality in the pricing suite. Developed a web-based pricing suite for the client.
Chemical distributor IT integration – Supported the client’s transition from its legacy IT platform to a new enterprise data platform by understanding its business requirements and acting as a liaison between the business and IT departments.
