He started his legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Allen & Overy, where he worked on a variety of non-legal projects. He then moved on to become a President at the Warwick Law Society, where he kept up a regular presence on the board and played a key role in developing the organisation’s legal service. In December 2016, Justin Farrance marked his final LinkedIn appearance, when he announced he would be taking an interim break from his professional career to take up a leadership role at GROW MENTORING, a startup accelerator.Since becoming a Founder at GROW MENTORING, Justin has overseen a number of significant launches, including the launch of a training centre for high-acreage sector law firms and the launch of a talent programme for developing global lawyers.
