I have been working in the industry for over 15 years, and during my time I have seen a lot of changes. In the past 5 years, I have helped manage the business of afashion company which makes clothes for other businesses as well. I have also been working in the marketing andcommunications field for a French listed company with subsidiaries in Hong Kong. I have also been working in a Hostess Agency in Hong Kong for 2 years as well as managing a loyalty program for them with over 200,000 clients. In my time, I have also been working in developing a business plan for creating a Hostess Agency in Hong Kong, coordinating trainings for the team, and creating my own marketing and communication plan.

Julie Bourgeois was born in France in 1984 and has a degree in Entrepreneurship from HKUST in 2008. prior to this Julie had a Master, Management of Services from Skema Business School in 2004. Julie has an extensive background in luxury industry and has worked in this field for the last five years. She is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute of E-Business Studies at the University of Nottingham, UK.
