💼 Past Experience

Before Interbrand, Julie worked as a Manager of Development at TCS/EPS. At TCS/EPS, she was responsible for the hiring, training and development of new talent, including but not limited to marketing, engineering, public relations, data entry and product development. Julie is also a certified training consultant and holds a Master’s degree in development from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.Julie is experienced with a variety of different technologies, having used them in her previous roles as a Manager of Development and a Certified Training Consultant. She is also highly skilled at managing teams, working closely with others in order to achieve results. Julie has a strong interest in technology and is excited to be able to apply her skills to Interbrand.

🎓 Education

Julie Alperen's education has extensively focused on philosophy and art. Julie's undergraduate degree, which she earned at Brown University, focused on philosophy and its application to art. Julie then spent three years at University College London, working as a research associate at the Centre for Philosophy, Art and Media. While at UCL, Julie graduated with a Philosophy degree in 1988.Since her graduation, Julie has continued to work as a research associate at the Centre for Philosophy, Art and Media. In this role, she has written and published a few articles on the ethics of art. Julie is currently completing a doctoral degree in arts & letters at the University of East Anglia. Her goal is to combine her undergraduate and graduate degrees in philosophy to form a full-time doctoral degree in art.
