Juliana Oliveira Nascimento is a Brazilian lawyer with a special interest in corporate governance, fundamental rights, and business law. Olivieri was educated at the Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin where she completed her law degree in 2016. After completing her law degree, Olivieri worked as a law clerk for a judge at the Brazilian Federal Court of Justice. Olivieri then worked as a judicial law scholar at the University of Brasília as a law professor and expert in corporate governance, fundamental rights, and business law. From January 2016 to January 2017, Olivieri was a certified expert in compliance with the relevant global standards at the Instituto Arc. From January 2017 to January 2018, she was a business leadership consultant with the University of Queensland and the Universidade Federal do Paraná.
